Introduction

The Nahr el Bared Emergency & Recovery Information System is an online platform aiming at consolidating and centralizing all resources and information regarding aid provision to the Nahr el Bared's affected population in North Lebanon. The platform has a multi-layer categorization system, that allows ease of access and is customized to help the users locate information they need in an efficient manner.

Foreword

In 1948, one hundred thousand Palestinians fled to Lebanon from Palestine, mainly from Haifa, Acre and the Galilee. In Lebanon “temporary” camps were established to provide shelter to the refugees. Today, most of the refugees live in camps that are still precarious settlements even if they have become more like permanent neighborhoods, or they live in clusters of Palestinian homes outside the camps, in the so-called “gatherings”. They are reported to face the worst living conditions among the Palestinian refugees in the host countries in the Middle East. In a situation characterized as one of physical misery, fear and insecurity, most refugees face very limited employment opportunities and possess scant economic resources.

 Health/MHPS UNRWA/NGOs Updates:
o MDM Psychosocial coordinator and UNRWA MDG-F Officer introduced the “IASC Mental Health and Psychosocial Support Guidelines for Interventions in Emergencies”. The handbook which was prepared in 2006 is considered a tool for organization working on MHPS to coordinate, plan and implement their activities in emergency settings. The speakers invited participants to a one day workshop to explore the content of this handbook, to train them on how to use it while implementing their projects and how to benefit of all the tools in the book.

1- النادي الثقافي الفلسطيني ( نيفين عبد الرحيم) :
تحدثت عن النشاطات التربوية التي تخص دروس الدعم المدرسي وأنّه تم القيام برحلة للطلاب إلى منطقة نبع موسى.
سألت عن كيفية إستخدام قاعة مدرسة المجدل للقيام بنشاط تحت إسم ( خلية الطفل) وهدفه تعليم الأطفال من خلال اللعب. طلب منها الأستاذ أسامة بركة ضرورة إرسال رسالة إلى مدير التربية والتعليم لتأمين مكان لهذا النشاط وتفاصيل عنه ( نوع النشاط – الزمان...) وخاصة أن هذه القاعة تحوي ألات موسيقية ويتم القيام بنشاطات موسيقية بداخلها.
( اليوم المحدد لهذا النشاط الأحد . الأطفال أعمارهم تتراوح بين 5-12 سنه) .

بدأ الأستاذ أسامة بركة بالحديث عن أهداف وأولويات التعليم للعام 2010 بحيث تم وضع 11 هدفاً للتعليم من قبل الأونروا منها:

1. آخر مستجدات الأنروا والجمعيات:
بدأت السيده فاطمة عوده بالحديث عن الإختبارات الموحده التي سيتم إجراءها لكافة تلاميذ مدارس الأونروا (3300 تلميذ)، وهذه الإمتحانات ستتم إبتداء من 8/2 لغاية 13/2 والهدف هو تقييم مستوى وتغذية عن آداء التلاميذ لهذا المنهاج الدراسي.
- المرحلة الثانية: سيتم تحليل النتائج بناء على هذه الإختبارات وسيتم وضع خطط وسيكون هناك موضوعية ومصداقية في تحليل التنائج للطلاب.
